What currency for the subscription?

I live in Israel and am asked to pay for the game 55 Euros. which is considerably more expensive than 60USD. I can buy the game through a third party such as amazon for 60 dollars. My real concern is what will I be charged with for paying the monthly subscription fee?
The company has advertised many times a subscription cost of 15 dollars. Will I be forced to pay the subscription in Euros? this would make it more expensive.

I am taking an educated guess here (I googled it and found limited information) and say you'll have to pay in euros. From what I can pull up it would be €12.99/mo which translates to 18/mo USD.

That really sucks. It took me a long time to decide that 15 dollars is something I am willing to pay. Now I discover that although it's advertised as 15 dollars, its really 18 dollars a month.

Well, this is a deal breaker for me. I wont be paying for the game if I am forced to pay in Euros. Its obviously overcharging.

I would e-mail customer support for confirmation. Like I said, I googled but really didn't find anything. People have the options to pay in USD, Euro or Pounds, which I'm not sure Pounds/USD apply to you. I could be incorrect in all of this, however.

So, get confirmation through customer support before you decide. I just tried to speculate an answer based on the information I could dig up.

I enquired about the issue through e-mail to support and was informed that in order to have be able to pay using US dollars I will need to have a billing address inside the US. Otherwise the only payment option is Euros.

I don't know why this is the case, because Steam, WoW, Amazon, ebay and others never had a problem charging me with USD.

Sadly, until I'll be able to pay with USD the same price as American players, I won't be picking up this game.

Be careful with Steam. They charge in US dollars, but different countries get charged different amounts of US dollars (http://steamprices.com/).

Luckily I don't have this problem. They are actually charging Australians in Australian dollars... that doesn't usually happen. I do agree with you that for something like this, there is no reason for different countries to be charged different amounts.

Thank you, I am aware of steam and do pay with USD the same amount as American users pay.

I heard that Australian and New Zealand players are also forced to pay for the subscription in Euros. I don't understand how there hasn't been a backlash from the Oceanic community about this. There's no reason for us to be forced to pay extra for the game's subscription. Having to pay $18 US dollars a month instead of $15 as was advertised all along is quite outrageous in my opinion.

In addition, the official website for TESO states:
"We also offer players the option to choose between recurring subscriptions and one-time payments, as well as the ability to pay using a variety of payment methods." with a chart of the different currencies below. Then when I look for the option to pay with USD as seen in the chart, I am informed no such option exists.

Isn't the standard in most European countries the Euro. I wouldn't know so that's why I'm asking. I'm from Canada and when I set mine up it was billed in Canadian dollars which currently our dollar is less than the American dollar would also put ours around $18 US
