The gms are a joke, they would rather police the community, by editing or removing threads they don't like then actually help people that need it. They need to stop being so over zealous with banning people, they need to stop editing posting n the forums.

You know it's funny how th only edit the post of the person that was reported, rather than the Rat, that did the reporting, even though said Rat was the one doing the most cursing, insulting, and crying lol. I swear I've never seen a worse group of gms.

You have people with major issues, your game has some serious problems, why are you people doing nothing, other than trolling these forums? I want an answer to this from zos.

Not from a player, and I don't want one of your copy and paste messages that looks like it was written by a ten year old either. This is a major problem, and it needs to be addressed, you need either re train your employees or get some new ones.

Here is a list of community rules.

This thread of yours actually breaks one of the rules. See:

Discussing Disciplinary Actions: If you ever have questions or concerns about a disciplinary action or decision we have made on the ESO forums, or wish to appeal a forum warning or infraction you’ve received, we ask that you please contact http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to do so (please specify that you are contacting about a forum-related inquiry or appeal). We are happy to discuss and review specific moderation-related actions with you, but we do not allow discussion of any moderation actions or decisions on our forums. If you have questions or concerns about an in-game disciplinary action, please contact http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to ask about a suspension or ban, and any other support-related feedback. We cannot assist with in-game violations on the forums.

I hope you're aware that this is not the proper way to discuss moderation, nor will this get you an answer from Zenimax, aside from your thread being locked.

There are ways to receive what you're asking for, and this is not one of them.

I don't have concerns about disciplinarian actions, I never said any thing about myself, I merely stated a fact, from what I've seen in the forums, this thread does not break the rules. In any way.

In fact if this post is edited or removed it would be a prime example of exactly what I'm talking about.

Furthermore seeing as how zos does not have " real phone support " Or even a decent support center, I don't see any other places to put this thread.

Not to mention the fact that this is in fact a customer support thread is it not? I was under the impression customer support, includes ( but is not limited to ) the complaints of the customer(s).

How can I as a customer, voice my opinions or concerns if the moderators of these forums, do not believe that customer support includes those two things.

And what exactly is it that you need support with?

You've done nothing except whine about moderation.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked already, because it serves no purpose, nor are you actually asking for help with anything.

I am quite aware of the rules, you are clearly out side of your scope because I have not broken any.

The phone number given by zos, is notorious for not working, I myself have had issues with it in the past.

This is a major concern, that highlights abuse of power, lack of communication, and the overall bad customer support.

Now I realize that you and many others don't understand what " Customer support " is, but I can assure you that I am in fact a customer and that my opinions and concerns matter just as much as yours do.

Therefore posting my opinions and concerns in a " Customer support thread" Are quite appropriate, even if you may not think so.

I'm not appealing to, or discussing my own, or any one else, I'm talking about general abuse of power, bad customer service, and the lack there of even that half the time.

To make this perfectly clear to you, I don't care about you or your opinion, you as a person mean nothing to me, mainly because you seem like a bad person. I'm a customer this a customer support thread, period end of story.

for them to even say well you can talk about this here, or that over there, is wrong. And only proves my point further, to any one with intelligence, yes I understand exactly why they don't do it, I how ever do not agree with them.
