Vamp/Werewolf Spawns Broken?
Since the maintenance on Saturday I haven't seen any werewolves or vampires in the usual places. I'm in the Aldmeri Domion, can I get some feedback to see if the spawns are broken entirely or just in my area. I can't believe these random spawns are the only way to get infected, whatever happened to putting the vampires in caves.
