Is This Normal for ESO Support?

Okay, so I got banned for doing something pretty stupid. I got in a mud throwing fight in zone and got agitated by a user who was pointing out the flaws in the game and economy. His responses increasingly aggravated me until we were both saying some stupid stuff (I was not the one calling out people and names). I told him (and zone chat unfortunately) that I cheated to get my 40k gold (I had only 22k at the time that had been earned through item sale and hides, and some motifs bought low and sold high). I gave no information on how cheating is possible or how any knowledge because even I do not know, I was just saying some stupid things in zone chat and I apologize to users and ESO support staff alike.

I however was not cheating, and and ESO banned me for 72 hours a day later and in the email said they reset my gold balance to zero. I immediately replied to tell them my regret and to inform them that if they had investigated my character and transactions they would find no evidence of the charges (charges I claimed to be apart of but that was not meant to be an admition of guilt, it was just frustrated words). I created the ticket on

Question Reference # 140408-020142

Since its creation I have received automated messages relating to PvP and other unrelated things. I think I even managed to report myself for cheating again somehow.

Example:

My account has been restored today, I received an email stating the following:
"Upon further investigation of the issue that your account for The Elder Scrolls® Online was temporarily suspended or locked for, we have restored your account to its previous state.

You may now log into your game account for The Elder Scrolls® Online and will see any associated changes that we detailed above."

My gold is still set to zero from the previous amount of 32,000 (22,000 the day I was reported and 32,000 the day I was banned). I am hoping there is still a team looking into my issue and this ticket has not been closed? It's been almost 24 hours since I have heard that my issue was being investigated and I am a bit worried.

What!? I'm not reporting myself for cheating! I'm trying to ask nicely for the return of my gold because I was not cheating. Can I please get an actual written response and not an automated one?

I returned to the game with zero gold and am requesting to have the 32,000 gold I had before I was banned back because despite what I said (I was saying it to a user to aggravate him because he was aggravating me) I was NOT cheating. I hope your team is looking into the right aspects in this investigation because I am most definitely not reporting anything, I am asking for my in game currency returned to me.

Is this normal? There are many more examples of this. They have been running me around with automated responses now for almost a week. I'm not sure if im being ignored or what. I understand what I did was stupid and possibly violation of terms of service but I don't believe that I deserve to have my gold balance zero'd out without an investigation.

If any support team members see this my ticket number is:140408-020142

This has been going on since early Tuesday Morning and im getting very frustrated.

    For other mmos? not normal.
For this one? it seems to be.

How do I contact a moderator? I've tried contacting http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and that's exactly why I am here. It's not working.

I've also tried to set up phonecalls Tuesday and Wednesday but I never received any in return.
