To all the fools posting they are canceling their subs good. You are simply a vocal minority and most likely Zenimax knows it. Go ahead scream and shout and cancel if you want, if you can't give them a few weeks to get everything running smooth then your better off hopping on the next "big" f2p mmo or wow killer because your of no use to the community here. When I had an issue that required customer support they as quickly as possible helped me to the best of their abilitiy I could hear the guy on the other end of the line exasperated as he had hundreds if not thousands of guys out there to deal with but did his best to help my situation. Forums are almost never a good indicator of true population status because most members of a community wont come to a forum you all are maybe 5-10% if that, so either stop complaining like spoiled children or leave the community.

Would that last line not apply to your own comment?

Do you realize how much code goes into a game like this. I'm frustrated but my whole point is to be empathetic and give them longer than a few days to fix everything before complaining about subs.

So, how long, exactly, should people be patient with "my bank randomly resets"? I think that's a pretty major bug?
Because it's been a known bug for 4 months. It was reported *again* in early release (just in case they somehow thought they'd fixed it).
I don't know about you, but I've worked in data management before. And exactly zero of my employers tolerated data loss 'bugs' for over 4 months.
Customer support may have been swell for you - but for me, they have done nothing. Zilch. Problem not fixed. Ticket marked 'solved' when all they've done to solve it is email me roleplay text about Molag Bal's naughty minions.
I have also worked in customer service before. And, once again, exactly zero of my employers tolerated me listing customer issues as 'solved' when there had been no effort to actually solve anything.

They've had well more than a few days already. I've already unsubcribed. They have my remaining pre-paid time to convince me (and several of my friends/family) to resubscribe. Their overwehelmed customer service people have my empathy for being expected to deal with this fiasco without, apparently, the tools and authority to do so. The suits who decided to launch this game in this condition? No empathy. I don't tend to have much empathy for well-paid incompetence.

Nice way to edit my post. But in regards to the suits you can be damn right the Suits told them they were launching on time this is a HUGE IP and a extremely well invested project you think the suits were gonna say go ahead and launch late were not ready no they were'nt. That does'nt mean however that the DEVELOPMENT team is not able to fix these issues.
Novafist_Etheron wrote: »The game has game-breaking bugs and needs work I totally understand the point of this post was to get across my opinion that we should at least give them a bit more time before making blanket statements such as leaving the game. This is a huge product and it is P2P that means your actively paying for a stable well developed environment this I understand but we are as I said a week in and this is a MMO this sort of thing happens on launch sometimes if they don't fix it unsubscribe of course but a week into launch talk of unsubscribing over bugs is pretty ludicrous.
Novafist_Etheron wrote: »Early Access is not launch. Sure they will have an idea of these bugs but until the game launches and they can see the full load the servers will take not to mention how the bugs will spread out over the game population if it does'nt come together within a week or so then yea there's a huge problem on hand. I was'nt making a blanket statement to insult anyone but more so because so many complain about a canceled sub. If the entire community takes that attitude and bails in the first few weeks what could've been an excellent quality p2p mmo goes down the tubes because nobody wanted to stick it out when it was rough
