Cyrodil Loading Times

Not sure if this is connected to the lag from today but I cant' get into Cyrodil. First I go to a black screen with music, then the loading screen shows up, but I never load in.
The only time there's any action going on in my home campaign, and I can't even get in. And it's low pop!
