Just got off the phone with customer support...

I just got off the phone with customer support.

Apparently the new patch will magically put all the old items and gold and stuff back and if it doesn't you should send in a support ticket.....also they don't have an ETA as to when this patch will be ready.

Support said since this issue is such a big deal a patch should be up by at least next week...at least next week. So don't worry guys a patch is coming that MIGHT fix this problem by "at least next week."

    I like how if it isnt then add support ticket...

    LOL... no, reply on/keep old ticket and reply to that stating issue isnt resolved.

    Remember, this is a 3rd party support company, they get paid based on ticket volume/closed tickets.

    Tomorrow should see a patch. I have lost bank slots as well. Frustrating, but I love the game too much to be too stressed by it

    That was their words not mine....when I asked what happens to items you place in your bank now...before this patch...they said not to do that, and that you should use a mule to store your stuff.

    I love the game too much to be too stressed by it

    The bug is gamebreaking. It's because I love the game so much that I'm stressed by it.

    Can't play the game my bank is trashed all of my crafting/epics/gold/rares/uniques/pets/maps are gone.

    So...maybe we could make up a forum game to play since we can't play the actual game?

    You're trolling. You spend more time posting on these boards than you play the game, if you do at all. You were here doing this 6 hours ago when the servers were stable.

    You know why you don't have a screenshot or chatlog? Because you didn't contact support. Look at Tweek's post history. All he ever does is stir up the CS board.

    I'm not trolling sorry. I am being genuine, and I was here earlier doing this because I don't want to play a game where there is a magic reset button and I loose all my stuff and "might magically" get it back.

    Any mention of any other issues people are having? Mac client memory leak causing random crashes....

    Also if you don't believe I play this game...or any game for that matter I would be more than happy to introduce you to my in game character.

    Right now I'm too timid to play the game. I'm concerned that if I play my character and something happens to the server, my character will get wiped/corrupted worse than he is.

    So I thought about making an alt, but then I'm concerned that having an alt will somehow break the bank (get it? who doesn't like a pun).

    Also - I don't contribute many of the issues being experienced to early MMO growing pains. Lag and disconnects - those are growing pains. Characters getting wiped - that's not a growing pain. That is a sign of a potential crisis. You want to scare potential customers away - the threat of character wipes is about the most efficient way to accomplish that.
