VR10 Dungeons Drop Bug (probably)

Hello, I did again all veteran rank 10 dungeons and every armor/ring/neck drop were without traits; I just want to know if it is a bug or if it is normal. It is pretty strange because a blue item dropped outside is better than every item dropped in vr10 dungeon. I don't think it is normal that "end game" pve drops are completely trash.

    Maybe someone who played the closed beta can tell me if dungeons are totally useless or if it is a bug?
