Massive guild chat lag

Two of my guilds ( 1000 ) people are facing major chat lag, when talking in guild channels. Doesn't seem to lag in zone for me, though it is for a lot of people atm on the Na shard

    They took the servers down to "fix it" and it seemed to work, but now it's back again. I'm thinking capacity issues.
