Solution to Lost PreOrder Items Found.

I played on the NA Mega Server at early launch, deleted a character thinking nothing of it, like many of us did and now our items are gone. ( Sad Panda )
So It seems that if you Change your Server Settings from NA to EU in your launcher and create a character there, your items will be available to you on the EU server on your new character there. I know its not the best of solutions , but it is a solution !
I have seen no lag on the EU mega Server , No extreme log in times, no bugged quests etc. And very little Gold Spammer Activity. Also, you dont have to spend anything extra to swap the server settings.

I only posted this here to try and help people out, ESO has been a little lacking in this area if you ask me, but ty for the advice.
