Among other things of /bug or /feedback how does a screenshot work if the customer service box is up as well as the player being in the way? If I report a player sending emails for gold selling how does a screenshot capture that email? Does a ESO representative look at my mail?

You take the screen shot before you open the /bug or /feedback windows. (assuming the issue you are reporting is not in one of those windows).

When filling out the form, click the attach screen shot check box and the client will convert the last screen shot taken into a JPG file and attach it to the report.

The screenshots are stored in (documents)/elder scrolls online/live/screenshots
(and they will accumulate too)

The /bug reports include loads of hidden data (such as the X/Y/Z coordinates you are standing at when you submit the report (so always make your reports as close to the original location where the issue lies as possible).

If the report was of SPAM, then the offending email is attached to the report

The Box should say "Attach Screenshot" ... if it doesn't, then I'd submit a bug report on that too! :-) ... Maybe the verbiage should be changed to something other? "Attach saved screenshot"?

Adding a screenshot will send them a screenshot of whatever was on your screen before the bug window came up. It will send a screenshot of the mail. I checked after sending in one of my bug reports to make sure.

As @Nyxx says yes it does .. sadly though this is useless for reporting invisi-bots as while it's possible to press PRT SCN to get a normal screenie before the port away it's impossible to bring up the bug screen in time to be able to screenshot the bot.

This feature needs the ability to manually submit a screenshot. Yes, I KNOW Photoshopping is a way to provide 'false' proof but it's a damned sight better than not being able to provide any evidence at all.

Well, but how attach my own screenshot? For instance I have bug with changing face and want attach 2 screenshot "before and after", or one custome merged of two. Is it possible by substitution bugreport.jpg with my own before sending the bugreport?
