Also seems to be no tomatoes. does not matter what character or alliance or zne I am in, these two items have not dropped once. This makes it impossible to craft certain recipes for provisioning. Other people from various alliances have reported the same problem. I understand some materials need to be rare but Oats and Tomatos are NON EXISTENT.
