"The Final Assault" NPC starter missing (not the average TFA bug)

I got stuck on this quest at the stage where you have to speak with a lady after you cross the dark labyrinth room, Gabrielle Benele, so I thought I should abandon the quest an retry. But now I can't find the NPC who gives you the quest to start... I've been walking north Coldharbor for too long already, can't find anything. Either I don't remember where it should be or it simly missing.
If anyone has the quest "The last assault" at it's early stage in his inventory please give me a hint.

The idea is to find someone who has the quest in his journal so he can share it with you in a party.
