Stuck at VR1, Please Help!

Hello,

I recently hit level 50 and have yet to be able to progress in my main story line to access the other regions.

The last main story quest I completed was at level 45, and now I'm level 50 and have 0 quests.

When I go to The Harborage and talk to Cadwell he says, "So, going toe-to-toe with the big bad then, are you? Smashing! Good luck to you!"

So clearly, I'm not complete the main story but I have no idea where to pick up the main story quest.

Please help!

Go to Coldharbour, you get the quest from the city there (same way you got every other quest to go to the harborage with the prophet appearing)

I've been to Coldharbour and have completed just about every quest. I don't see any main story-line quests.

By "the city", I assume you're talking about The Hollow City? Unfortunately, I have no quests available there.

I've heard that someone on the same quest can share it with me, but I don't even know the name of the quest I should be on.

I'm still stuck doing nothing.

I mean I can do verteran rank dungeron, but all my gear is pretty bad so I bring the group down.

It would be really nice if I could pickup the main story-line quest and continue questing in the new zones.

The name of the quest, if you are missing the 50 story line quest, is God of Schemes, and it's be bugged for me since early access.

Talk to the prophet, he opens a portal, and you kill molag bal. you haven't unlocked vr content yet, once you do this you do.

Not sure if this is the exact same issue or not. Either way, I hope the devs will patch these issues soon.

The prophet inside The Harbourage? I've talked to everyone in there and nothing happens.


Conclusion: still stuck, will put in a ticket to see if that helps.

I opened a ticket and they replied very fast with this email:

"Hail Imperial!!

I am truly sorry to hear that you are getting stuck when so close to finishing the main story. i have had other games that similar problems happened to me. however i would recommend trying abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on.

If you cannot abandon the quest, it is likely considered a main story quest. We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, you can progress to the next chapter of the storyline by moving ahead to the next area.

It is our hope that you will be able to return and complete the affected quest shortly.

I appreciate the fast reply guys, but can't you at least guide me in the right direction? I've already attempted everything you asked and nothing seems to work.

Still working on the fix for this issue.

Will try finding someone with the God of Schemes quest and getting them to share it with me.

I'll report back soon.

I had issues getting the main story quest at first, I think I had to complete some cold harbour quests first and then it poped up(if i recall correctly)

I've completed almost all the quests in Coldharbour, but I'll take a look around and complete any strangling quests while I wait for a GM/mod to assist.

It just really sucks that I get next to no exp for doing this. Can anyone recommend a way for me to continue gaining exp? Even if it's just mob grinding I'd be happy at this point, I just want to continue leveling to V10!

The quest dosnt just "pop up" you get your voice over saying to go to the harborage as with most quest involved in the main quest line.

what i will ask is have you done all of the secondary quest line with the king and the other alliance members?

Thanks, looks like this is the solution to my issue!

I started the quest, but because it didn't appear as main story I must have abandoned it. I picked it back up and now all is well. It was my fault all along.

Everyone's help was very much appreciated.
