Bought the early access
So I bought the game during early access from G2A.
After early access ended, I couldnt play anymore. When I went to my account page I couldnt find any ''prompts'' that would lead me to set my subscription plan, and the account status only says early access. I also recieved this email:
Thank you for redeeming your pre-order code for The Elder Scrolls® Online. You're now registered for The Explorer's Pack, which includes the following digital rewards:
The ability to play as any race in any alliance
The Scuttler vanity pet
Exclusive treasure maps
3 Days Early Access
You'll receive these digital rewards when you first log-in to The Elder Scrolls Online game at official launch. We'll also contact you at your account's registered email address with information about early game access as we get closer to game release in April 2014.
Why cant I set a subscription plan on my account page

I have the same problem. I bought an early access game... can't use, and it wont let me redeem my 60 day subscription coe - says "this product requires the Elders Scroll Online" when I try0

darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭The first thing I would do is go over to G2A's website, log in to your account, and see if you can find any and all product keys associated with your Elder Scrolls Online purchase. Not being able to setup a subscription is usually because you haven't redeemed the game registration key. Back during launch, many people who purchased the digital edition from a third-party website reported never being e-mailed their keys and instead had to log in and retrieve them from their vendor manually.Edited by darkkterror_ESO on April 15, 2014 8:32AM0
