Why doesn't support ever call me or email me back?

I've been trying to get in contact with support about getting my userid changed for 9 days or so now. I've emailed them and all i get is a robotic response for details and then nothing after that. So then i tried the phone call service and they never end up calling me.

I mean I know some people have more intense issues like trying to get into the game and stuff but 9 days of ignoring me? Oh and they marked both my emails as solved before the 120 hour deadline response when it is clearly not. I honestly think it just depends on who see's your email or phone request and if they can be bothered to do there job or not. I've worked in call centres before so I've been around plenty of people who take the job seriously and work and others who hang up and mess around all day.

Meh....don't even know what to do to get there attention anymore....

I never received a response from the 'advanced team' once my UserID inquiry got escalated. No issues with other tickets, though. I think they're just sweeping those things under the rug for the time being, while they focus on more important issues.

It's such a shame though in the 9 days I've been waiting 2 out of the 3 names I wanted have now been taking. This is why I just wanna get it done. Surely it only takes 2 minutes to do for people and they could just have 1 or 2 people focus on that all day to clear them.
