Player Unable to Access Forums

No, not me. My husband. Never received the "we set up your account email". Has submitted multiple tickets - the most recent one this evening. He gets cut & paste replies that have nothing to do with the ticket at all. There is no way to set up a forum account from the subscription account login, either.

This needs a fix. Or decent customer service. Or some way to get a forum account set up if that initial email fails.

    Yup, same here. Just checked though and he can select forgot password at the login screen. Obviously worked as here I am now able to post! I didn't get an activation code either
