Bank Account Bug Please Provide an Update ZOS !

I like many others have been hit by the bank account bug reverting our spaces back to the original 60! Some have had this happen over a week ago and others have had it happen just yesterday and more have had it happen just again tonight when the servers seemed to be laggy and people were having log in issues. Some people may have received a response from customer service others like myself have yet to receive any response. This can be a traumatic experience to log in and loose something you worked hard on and then to feel like you are being ignored and not obtaining any information about what is being done to either replace the gold that was used to upgrade the bank space or just adding the bank space back to those that have lost the space. Can we get an official response with a reasonable expectation on how long we should wait before submitting more customer service tickets for the same issue?

    Yes, I would think you CS peeps would have this bug fixed by now, with all your server maintance down time, come on ESO FIX IT PLEASE>>>>>>

    Hang in there, oh my thank you, how do u play when you can't trust your bank, when you lose hard earned items and gold ? This is asking a lot Jessica, but thank you for at least the reply :)

    I thought i was one of the lucky ones and not having this happen to me, but when i go to bank today its back to 60 no money store and the extra slots items all gone :( where am i supposed to store my extra stuff now? im afraid everything will poof from my bank!

    I would really like to know if we should just buy the additional bank slots again and get the gold refunded (somewhen?) or wait until you try to restore the slots and maybe even the items that are gone? it's really tough having to play with 60 bank slots ..

    I had the exact same thing happen to me today ... sent in a ticket, and got an immediate response stating it is a known issue and they're working on getting it resolved. That was about 9 hours ago now ... and yes ... going back down to 60 slots from 80+ makes the game practically unplayable.

    I know i am missing 20+ slots of (mostly) crafting materials most of which i have no clue which. But i do know my stack of around 25 Honing Stones is amongst the missing item stacks.

    I just wish we could get an ETA on when to expect our missing slots/items to be restored, as customer services explicitly warned against repurchasing the missing slots as those could vanish again once a proper fix would be put in place.

    Happened to me today too. I made a ticket and also a bug report about it. Do I need to do anything else?

    Has anyone had their issue fixed?

    I also lost my bank slots and contents last night. Since I am unwilling to play until this is fixed I am canceling my subscription until it is resolved. Hopefully they will resolve the problem before I move on and just don't care anymore.

    Go back and look at whatever you all did to give people that accidentally deleted their first toons so they could have their imperial items back.

    Even if you don't use your bank, your character can be reset to along with all their skills..this game is broken and unplayable with this glitch. All progress can be reset and they will patch it eventually, but no one will EVER get their things back.

    I actually deleted 2 characters yesterday and created them again right away with the same names. I had them parked at the very start of the Wailing Prison. After recreating them I skipped the tutorial. But I did only notice the bank robbery and duplicate emails right now. I don't think it happened yesterday. Maybe this info helps? EU server by the way.

    Considering the bank is 4 times smaller than it should be to begin with please keep all of us suffering with 60 slots up to date as often as possible

    Jessica, working means actually WORKING. Its been many days since this bug appeared and still the game is broken (not to mention the broken campaign quest fiasco). There is no sense in playing this kind of games with no functional bank and the whole experience is ruined, at least for me. I've been trying for many days to contact the support in any possible way but I only got an automated message. This is really disappointing...

    Last night, we performed a maintenance to address the long loading times that many were reporting, and some of the missing bank item issues. If you are still missing bank items, deposited gold, bank slots, and/or skill points, please submit a help request either in-game or via our help portal here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask/ We are actively investigating this issue.

    If you have already submitted a ticket about this issue, we ask for your patience, please. We're getting through them as quickly as possible.

    If you submitted a help request for this issue, are still experiencing it, and your ticket was erroneously closed as "Resolved", please reply to this thread with your ticket number.

    Not only nothing got fixed,on top of that people keep having the issue ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

    Only thing this statement created was more panic to all of us since everyone thought the problem was solved for everyone but to them.

    Ive noticed some players suggest things that could happen, maybe take a look at them since from what I suppose "a whole array of programmers" cant fix it.? It would be way cheaper for zenimax this way right? Profit?

    No one's had it 'fixed' as yet. Some of us that were affected by it multiple times (myself, seven) have had it stop occurring, but only to have others experience it at random.

    It was seemingly limited to pre-order and early access folks at first, but now it's spread to everyone by the looks of the posts in the official sticky.

    It is what it is at this point. The damage done by the lack of information and communication between this and various other extremely serious bugs is irreparable, but they still need to present compensation and a formal apology.
