Bug killing Molag Bal

Update... Finally beat him a second time, Got to the area where I'm to receive my soul... and it bugged out again and now I'm stuck... Not kidding, Im pissed... If this isn't fixed soon, I'm having all my friends cancel and ask for refunds... this is bull.

I also cancelled my sub thanks to this bug. but when its fixed and eu server is moved to eu i going back to sub for i really enjoy this game so far ^^

God, can we stop with the "I'VE CANCELLED MY SUB" - it gets you no where. If you've cancelled and aren't playing, good luck and don't let the door hit you etc.

Some developer isn't sitting there watching your post saying "Holy cow! Blinddb and Aaronj have cancelled their subs! Hold the phone, get the CEO down here, fix these problems now!"

Now, onto the thread, I know someone stuck in the same way here. It's pretty strange game-halting issues like these aren't being prioritized by ZOS and it's even stranger there aren't GMs on standby to help people as a temporary measure.

It's as if their customer service team have absolutely no power to do anything.

As great a job as they've done with ESO, their escalation of issues and choice in customer service really need rethinking.

I got stuck in the coloured room after the Molag Bal fight aswell. Had to port to Cyrodiil after having to close down the game cos of infinite loadingscreen to get out. The the quest said I had to do the fight all over again. Seems like it's been a known bug since day one, will it be fixed soon?

This bug is officialy aproved and reported. Molag Baal will not spawn as endboss after splittin him. and this since last(3) maintenance(s)

Ive tryed ever work around for this I could find and nothing seems to work... Now im stuck staring at molag bal as he stands there and does nothing.....

*** I actually fixed it by logging out for 15-20 minutes and letting the zone reset then reunning it again for it to work.

I either get character transfer failed and he just sits there, or i actually make it to the colored room and thers nothing to interact with.

Customer support then tells me this bug was fixed in the last patch. Um no, i put the bug report in AFTER you guys patched on tuesday. Then they tell me they are sending it to a special team, etc ,etc. Giving me the runaround to the max.

If he gets stuck like that you need to exit the area, either by traveling to another player via group or closing the game. The area will reset in about 10 minutes so stay out for that long. The death animation occurs when he is around 10% health so slow on your damage output around that point. You'll freeze for a second, don't try to break out of it.

I am having the same issue - I signed a 6 month sub.
I now complete the fight, he's on his knees, I have some magic sword but can do nothing.

Took me about 15 goes to get to this point now its bugged??? SERIOUSLY NOT IMPRESSED!!

I see that this thread was started on April 12. Today is April 28. Molag Bal is still on his knees at near 0% health.

More than 2.5 weeks without a bug fix on the ESO's central quest line, the barrier to progress to the next zone. Guess ZOS didn't consider fixing the quest line a high priority? <shaking head>

well just today I am stuck on molag ball filed 3 bug reports as he was not attacking me and I was unable to attack him 2x now the third time I am stuck in his hand watching him breathe on me repeatedly as if the code is in a never ending loop.

feels like Beta all over with the n on stop bug reports, but they did not fix the bugs in Beta either so maybe it still is Beta lol.

the 4th time I never even loaded into Hearts Grief..just sat and starred at the loading screen for 10 mins...

your devs are simply terrible..this is right after a maintenance today I would reconsider the term elite or world class ( I cant remember which term you used) on your corporate website just an FYI.

This quest is bugged for me also and on two different accounts. Both my wife have one of two things happen to us at the beginning of the fight...

1. He yanks me up in the air and I get stuck in his hand, he just breaths on me in an endless loop and I can't do anything.
2. He yanks me up in the air and then immediately throws me back down, I just float right above the ground in an endless loop and I can't do anything.

I am V1 and am under the impression that I can't do V level areas until after I finish this fight. If this is true then a big fat UGH!

I am having the same issues as the above, he lifts me into the air, holds and breathes, roars on me and I get no other options then to look at his dental work.

I encounter exactly the same problem. It is impossible for me to complete the quest.

Got the same porblem like the ppl that posted before me. No answer from support, i believe they give a *** about such a gamebreakin bug. Cant advance to the VR Zones just because of this. tried everything, but no chance to get passed this son of a ***.......
ZOS do SOMETHIN! It´s a progressblocker, never encountered that in 14 Years of mmo gaming.

EXACTLY same thing with esob14_ESO24 Soul Shriven.... cannot hit him and also when he leaves me on ground, floating in air as dancing and cannot move... filled 3 reports... anyone knows how to solve it by chance???

I'm at the same point. wasted 30 mins of my 60 min buff on this crap.
