Why does it take 3-5 days to get a simple email response?
Why does it take so many days to just get a response and then in most cases the response is not helpful? I thought the $15 a month is supposed to pay for a premium service. Every single free to play game run out of the US has better customer service. What is going on with this company?
And on an unrelated note: Why are you people not able to restore deleted characters? Having game logs should be the top priority for an mmorpg. When I read that thread where you guys gave him a blank level 34 character I was completely baffled. Ive never seen something so ridiculous.
