How do I activate my game time when I've pre-ordered Imperial Edition? I don't have this "Game Time Code" and I don't want pay with or do the pre-authentication with a credit card, as I planned on using game-time cards, and have no access to a credit card at the moment. It says I have 30 days remaining but hasn't been counting down.

I have seen it posted that CS can enter the game code manually to allow completion of the subscription. However, it appears that there is quite a wait. I've already been waiting ~6 days since my first ticket on this.0

They did provide a1 Day code. It did not allow me to finish filling out the subscription but it was nice to play the game while I am waiting.0
