Are people's accounts "resetting" along with the bank disappearing?

Hey all, just curious. Last night I deposited stuff in the bank from one toon, and switched toons. When I went to craft on the second toon noticed my bank was empty. Logged back to the first and I had stuff in my bank again, but my gold and the extra bank spaces I had were gone.
Realize (now) that's happened to quite a few people, but I also found that I had received some of the started emails again, and when I created a new character this morning I didn't have the option to skip the tutorial like I normally do. It's like my account reset itself, is this also common? Didn't see anything about it, but may have missed it.

There's a ton of threads... also the yellow box right above your post mentions this. So, yes, we know, they know, everyone knows, and Zeni's trying to figure out what's causing it so they can fix it.

@Hekx, yup a common problem that has existed for nearly two weeks and apart from saying "we know about it" Zenimax have been totally silent. There is also little evidence people are getting the gold they lost replaced or the bank slots added back: I haven't seen a single post on here from anyone.

K thanks, yeah sorry I worded my post poorly. I know the bank stuff was an issue, just hadn't heard about peoples account resetting, but saw a number of people today commenting that they had also received the welcome emails again, and had to redo the tutorial.

Yeah, the tutorial replay flag getting wiped and a second set of bonus item emails are common symptoms of this.
