Game Status PVE side

First off let me get this out the way. This is the first Elder Scrolls i have played. As far as the game and lore goes loved it.

Now the issues i have with the game.
To start upon reaching 50 or VR1. I was like yaaaa whats next? So I grind quest play the other story area and 456k xp later i hit VR2.
So im thinking ya let see what do i get. Oh look NO skill Point or Attribute points. So Im thinking ok i did all this work and im not rewarded. I feel this grind from VR1 to VR10 with not even feeling rewarded is a waste of my time.
Now let me stop some may say well it makes you more powerful in PvP or Cyridel. Well im not the PvP type person. Yet i do like what the idea and how Cyridel works.

I just think if i have to grind out these veteran ranks there should be some type of rewarding feeling for accomplishing that. There may be at different VR. If so please speak up. And i dont mean cosmetic outfits like was mailed to me.

Now on the the next thing i think is missing is more PVE. No not questing yet that does seem to fall under PVE. But i just grinded out 50 lvls. There should be raids or what not not just PvP.

There should be tier1 raids and tiers 2 raids.
So T1 would be suitable for any VR1-VR5, and T2 VR6-VR10. Seems like alot but but if the raids were identical just 2 diff lvl difficulties.

So at the point the game sits. Its amazing until VR kick end. The whole time i fell im just suppose to quest and quest and quest. And there is a Dungeon here and there which the grp finder tool needs alot of work imo.

I bought the game and said i would give it the 30days to see how it goes. And as it sits that is all i want to play.

I may come back later when more is in game but i cant see paying $15 a month to quest and quest oh and more quest. Again that being said im not the pvp type person but i do PvP every now and then and yes i have been in Cyridel.
