Silver Bolts / Silver Leash Skill Broken on My Character

I've put two skill points into Silver Bolts, morphed to Silver Leash. I've trained it to 2, but now when I try to put it on my hotbar, the game tells me I haven't trained that skill. Even though the skill clearly is trained.

I put in a bug report, but how the heck am I gonna get this fixed?

Hi there,
I have the exact same problem, i trained the skill, used it but since 5 days now i can't use it anymore. When i want to slot it in may action bar i just get an empty slot. In the skill attribution windows i can see it is already trained and evolved to silver leash.

I have the same bug. It works fine until you remove it from the quickbar, if you do so it can not be put back after the morph.
This needs to be looked at soon! We have used skill and time exping this skill for a reason, and now it is unusable!

Remove it from the quickbar cant add it back. "you don't know that ability"
