Since the very first day of early access I have been unable to whisper anyone and it is making it very hard to buy/sell and join groups. How can I fix this???

BelGarianSoul ShrivenI can sent but not recieve. If they send the tell to my caracter name it comes through but not my userID. Ticket in for days no answer. My carracter name is same as useriD - @ so very wierd. they recieve a message account not found.0
