Bank messed up again

Last time I lost all items in my bank and they were never replaced. Now I suddenly have only 60 of 90 slots and only 44 items when minutes before I had almost 70. I am not even sure they are my items. I also can no longer talk in guild chat but I can see it.

Bump: Same issue here, however while my Bank space has reduced from 90 to 60, its still full (meaning I've likely only lost 30 items.) Noticed @ 8:49 MDT.

Same here.... first time I lost 20 of 80 slots last week, now tonight I lost 30 of 90 slots. Each time resetting to 60 slots. I also get in game mail giving me my digital explorers items again.

First time...bug...sure I understand... but now that Im level 21 and have a lot of 2nd tier items...Im getting pretty pissed.

Same, i logged an alt, all items in bank gone, reset back to 60 slots. Also received all CE items in mail again, rings, scuttler etc.

logged into my main, some banks items are back showing 60/60

Same here I lost some gold i had deposited and 20 slots along with the items that were in those slots.

Same here. Went down from 90 to 60. Lost almost all my items. I got mail with all the CE items again as well. This is not fun.......

I'm noticing a pattern here. It's happened to me twice: both times immediately after I received the bonuses again. Fortunately I didn't have any gold or more than 60 items in the bank this time. Any items beyond the 60 eventually showed up in my inventory when it happened the first time, but I wonder what happens if you don't have enough room in your inventory after it resets. I may have lost items the first time. I sent a support ticket and they said they were going to investigate my account to see if I've lost anything, so we'll see I guess.

is it happening AGAIN? god damn it.. I thought donkeys only hit the same rock twice... How hard can it be to maintain a stable database.. just shows how crappy their code is. Something seems to be overwriting it and resetting the logs of our bankspace and the items that hold it.

More information. I also suddenly received all the beginning items in the mail even though I didn't lose any of them in the first time I lost my entire bank (a week or so ago). Was this supposed to be some kind of reward for losing everything before?

I don't think it's a reward, but a symptom of the bug.
