Veteran Rank Dungeon Bugged Drop

I did all three veteran rank 6-10 dungeons (darkshade caverns was bugged in the middle and we didn't finish it). All four of us dropped some ring/neck without stats. I suppose it is a bug.

Mishoniko✭✭✭The blue items shown have stat enchants, but do not have Trait imbues. That's not abnormal as Traits are random and one of the random choices is "none". I can't speak to if Traits are always on VR items but I have gotten random green/blue necklaces and rings below level 40 with no Trait.
Best delivered to the nearest vendor for cash compensation.
