Got logged off in Cyrodill (pvp area) Can't log back in?!

Hi all,
Has anyone else been logged off in the PVP area tonight and finding it hard to log back in? I've been trying to get back on for over 45 mins now and it isn't happening. This all happened when I lagged out in the PVP area and upon trying to come back.... nope.
As you can imagine it is EXTREMELY frustrating on a friday evening....
Please can anyone offer me guidance or help.
