Motes in the Moonlight Quest Bugged no progress to Coldharbour on entire EU megaserver
I have /bug it as well
Motes in the Moonlight completely bugged no one can progress to Coldharbour quests on the EU Megaserver just so you are aware
Even just providing the quest completely on our quest logs would help us to move onto DUNE to do the quests there

How about remove that npc and let us channel it ourself like the other 3 stones? why make something that can bug out way faster then something we can do easly ourself...0 -
It's able to be completed if done right. You have to let the mobs despawn(not a single other person in the area), kill the mob, talk to the lady, and don't step on the stairs. A group of about 12-15 people got it to work. Unfortunately a few of us in the group didn't get credit. Trying to organize a bunch of folks who refuse to read the chat window is a pain. Please fix this.1

darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭Motes in the Moonlight is not required to move on to Coldharbour. You have to progress the 'Main Story' quest (and I mean the Harborage quests, not your Alliance main story). A new Main Story quest should pop up once you reach level 45.1

True, a new main story pops up at 45. However, THAT quest (Messages across Tamriel) is ALSO bugged (for me at least). I just cannot talk to the NPC the quest wants me to. Customer support did not help me. Just told me to relog etc. Basic tips any TESO player knows from level 5 or so...0
