Getting frustrated
Today is the 6th day I've been stuck in the "God of Schemes" quest. I've pretty much finished it, but can't talk to the NPC I'm supposed too. Differently from the groundskeeper bug, where you may get lucky with a server reset and get through, resetting the server won't fix my problem.
I've contacted support. The first few replies were fast, but basically useless. All they did was tell me to abandon and reaccept it, to which i replied saying that the game did not allow me to abandon a main storyline quest. Unfortunattely, the second answer was pretty much a copy-paste of the first, the third answer was an explanation of how to abandon a quest.
When i replied to this last one, i started the email saying "Please stop ignoring what i write here...", and was finally forwarded to someone who could do something about it. Two days later I sent another email, asking for an update, as I hadn't heard from them since it was "forwarded". An email came back, the nicest one i got so far, but unfortunately all it said was basically "I don't have an answer for you".
I sent another email, asking if they couldn't just complete the damn quest, but one day has gone by without any answer to that. Not even a simple "No, we can't". My whole interaction with support has been a frustrating mess.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the game. I enjoy the combat, the quests storytelling, the character building. I really want to continue playing, but not progressing is extremely frustrating. It's seems i've been running in circles for the past 6 days, not being able to acomplish anything.
Today, as i woke up and saw that the game went through maintenance, I had hope that maybe they fixed it, maybe i'll login and just finish the damn quest. But as i ran up to the harborage and saw that nothing had changed, the frustration quickly followed.
Goddammit Sai, she's been panting and unable to speak for 6 days now. What have you done? Teach me, master!
I've read that friday would be the maintenance day. Does this means i'll have to wait until next friday for this to be fixed? I've been stuck for 6 days, more than what i got out of the Imperial Edition early access.
I really like the game, but i don't think i can stick around another week on this condition.
