Greetings and salutations , I would first of all like you to take notice that I am A long time player/fan not to mention avid "modder" of your past single player games in the TES series as well as fallout .
I was also a tester and I mentioned several of the following during the testing stages but they seemed to be completely over looked especially the skilling /crafting points.. as well as leveling issues that i said where potential exploits which would be used evidently my notes on the issues where lost or misplaced so here they are again with a few addendum....
1. there is the whole NA/EU server issue ... I currently play on the NA server because my primary language is "English"!!!!! there is no reason to broad cast server messages in languages other than English on the NA server! (if a non English speaking person chooses to use the server it is their choice!) not to mention that the the French and German translations are far from accurate

specifically in the "wall of text format" that interrupts messaging and communication in game. I speak both languages as well as Spanish btw :P ....
2. Next is the issue of allowing open ended "add-ons" to the game that are not only being used to exploit in-game mechanics but also now to emulate "server / moderator" messages and so forth using "colored chat " I have received at least 10-11 messages trying to scam/ extort me with threatened bans and so forth ...
3. I have absolutely no idea what you are thinking with the Na/Eu servers but it is asking me to completely re install the game to simply create or potentially temp transfer my account/characters to the European server while you do maintenance during my prime play hours this is completely unacceptable !!!!!! I should not I repeat not have to have duplicate copys of the game on my system to play on both servers nor should anyone else !!!4. Regarding account play time credit and your billing no matter the amount wither it is trivial or not paying for "30/60/90 flat days of access" on a recurrent/automatic system is rather obsolete...
it is also very very unfair due to work schedule's and the requirement of necessary sleep ect.. it should be based on/off of a "day cycle" but on credit hours of play time!!!!
Example that a day is 24 hours ,a typical month is 30 days that means you should receive 720 complete and total hours of game play for your month that you have paid for !!!!!
Many Asian mmos have already adopted this system it is time for you to catch up seriously ... it is also of considerably more value to us the customer!
I personally would happily pay even more for a sub fee if it meant guaranteed time to play when i feel like it or when i have the spare time to do so ... not all of us can sit on our rear ends 24/7playing a game ... but it would be nice to get exactly what we are paying for ...
5. Now for in game issues............ first is the amount of exploitation/extortion gold farming /selling going on and the associated spam with it either in chat or to mail
people are selling recipes and motifs for insane amounts of gold while some of you may say hey that is capitalism end point it really stupid and petty its also lore breaking ...
to the game as well as the TES games in general .. never i do mean never before in the history of the elder scrolls has one had to find a "dropped /looted random item" to be-able to learn how to craft/make armor/weapons the style was attributable to the type of material used and its associated skill proficiency ..
you have always harvested or bought your items mind you daedric hearts and a few other ingredients came from mobs slain which is an awesome idea and still is !!
I have played every TES game since Arena in '94 you gain points by leveling up and smithing said item
secondly those of us whom bought the "imperial edition" are suppose to be able to play as any race in any faction/alliance which means we should know how to smith any type of armor already mind you !!!!
this is only a cosmetic application but seriously it has become a thorn in the side
also if you change an item directly to imperial it can no longer be traded same thing with equipping armors they become "bound"
ergo you cannot use your armor until you out level it and pass it along to a friend associate companion guild clan mate or total stranger making it a "legacy" item/guild or clan relic " where it its self could gain added benefits ect ...
the so called "secret" no so secret crafting locations "set bonuses" are rather mild considering the trouble it takes to get to them them smith/craft items which bonuses cannot be imparted to all items epic failure there btw
nor are you able to deconstruct or make jewelry ...or crowns /tiaras/circlets ect .... I have seen no silver nor gold ore period in the game ever ... something to think about
6. leveled content .........I am so sick and tired of seeing low leveled players out of area in high level content!! them dying there and costing leveled soul gems to resurrect i mean if a player is not level 50 it should not cost a grand soulgem .......come on here content needs to be level locked in order To prevent theses exploits i don't care if the low level is an "alt" of a higher level player or not ....
the fact you only need to be level 10 for cyrodiil/pvp is honestly degrading to the value of it ! and gives exploiters who are all ready lvl 50+ easy kills ...
( A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED AND HAVE THOSE ACCOUNTS ROLLED BACK !!!) the other issue is the addition of sky-shards and player pve quests in cyrodill !!! that are next to impossible to complete due to the pvp aspect of the game there !! a player should not be forced to pvp to complete all the game content available in order to complete pve achievements and so forth [/b]
7. Skilling/crafting .......... a player should not be able to gather items they do not have the proper proficiency or skill level to use nor should they be able to deconstruct item of said tiers either without said previous skill levels!!!
an example of this would be a level 1 player running around grabbing every high teir ore, wood, herb ect they can get their hands on then attempting to extort money out of the crafters who legitimately requires them for their profession who must wait inordinate amounts of time for items to re-spawn to attempt to harvest/collect their own materials
before anyone complains about economy ect here this would greatly benefit the economy and severely limit gold farmers and sellers it would make crafted gear more profitable and encourage more players to craft their own items and require time and specialization of said crafts
this is also true for "recipe usage" and learning them you should not be able to learn a level 50 recipe if your a level 1 unless you have the skill levels which you would ultimately need to be level 50 to collect unless another level 50 so who had the levels already ...sold their surplus materials all in all it greatly benefits the economy and stays true to the classic approach of skills in TES games also said leveled items should only be able to be found in their requisite leveled zones !! i have found far far to much hickory spawns in grahtwood /greenshade playing in aldmeri alliance
Auridon, maple, 1-14
Grahtwood, oak, 14-24
Greenshade . beech ,24-34
Malabal Tor, hickory, 34-44
Reapers march. Yew...44-50
vet 1-3 birch
vet 3-6 Ash
vet 6-8 mahogany
vet8-10 nightwood
it is not rocket science here ...thees are the levels the wood items are used to make they should be found where they are required not before ..
same for other crafting equivalents
8.Alchemy/provisioning needs a way to decon/decant potions items into smaller lower lvl equivalents or combine for higher ones example split a lvl 50 potion into 5 level 10 potions or combine 5 level 10's into a level 50 ... or mix potions for more effects
as well as to allow the crafting of usable poisons not to mention a lot more herb choices Morrowind, Cyrodiil, and Skyrim have over 500 different plants not to mention the oblivion/shivering isles or blood-moon .......<STARES > I WANT MY ASH YAMS !!! lol:P
alchemy should be a heck of a lot more versatile than it currently is also i do not know if it is a bug or glitch but i cannot get a potion effect for longer than 10 seconds no matter my craft level for the actual potion not my self ... . something seriously needs to be done about this for their resale value same for provisioning skill it's time length increments need to be added to item crafted not person who made it when is consumed ...
9. werewolves/vampire skill lines ........SERIOUSLY NEED SOMETHING DONE!!
people are severely exploiting /extorting this i have seen people try to "sell a bite for as much as 50k gold in game currency currently and there are guilds trying to get paypal payments ...of real life cash ... then there are those whom are intentionally greifing and killing the mobs so players cannot acquire the skills/quests ..
while i appreciate that they are in lvl 40 content as they should be !!!!!
there should be an associated level 40 quest to obtain and players not lvl 40 should not allowed to be bitten by other players....... actually player bites should be taken out of the game entirely:(other than for pure rpg" or as a limited time buff to pack mates ect") .. ... and the mob spawns need to be severely increased and locations rotated randomly..... to prevent the greifers from camping spawn points
10. players camping at dungeon bosses there needs to be a delay or some restraint in place to keep players whom have killed the bosses /mobs from continuously killing them preventing other players from completing quests and achievements ... i understand grinding is an aspect of mmo game play but they should not receive loot for doing so ... unless they leave the dungeon and x amount of time has elapsed ...
11. the queuing system that is in place for the world dungeons is entirely messed up it will not allow player of higher lever to legitimately que /group with lower level players to assist them with dungeons to allow them to progress unless they "walk in to the dungeon pls fix this players to high should not receive loot or xp but possibly some form of achievements or such could be used instead to encourage helping newer lower level players
