Bug: Mail Postage Charges

Reported it in-game, putting it out here for people to be aware.
If you try to mail someone whoes inbox is full and you set the Cash On Delivery option and pay the postage charges, the mail will never leave, and your gold will be gone.
A lot of trolls are going around with full inboxes, and asking to buy what people are offering on sale for really good prices. Then asking for them to be sent C.O.D and causing the player to pay a lot in postage charges as he tries over and over.

I will skip COD for a while, seeing the same thing will probably happen if you mail someone and they decline the mail.
Lucky I have been able to find people that do not do this.Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.

Affrayer✭✭✭Well....poo. I like buying things via COD to 1) Avoid the sketchy in person trade window and 2) Avoid having to quit what I'm doing mid way to fetch the item I want to purchase. I'm a sucker for convenience sometimes.
