Game chat is unsuable
The european chat is now so flooded with gold seller spam, players are not able to chat.
And a trick they use to take over the chat even more is to post random text about nothing, like: "lol", "oh", "look"
Been like this for over a day now. So reporting doesn't seem to work.

Harleyquincey✭✭✭I can recommend grabbing the addon called "SpamFilter" for the meantime as it allows you to add custom filters for the few goldspammers that will escape its native settings. It also can be adjusted to include flooders automatically and will display information regarding why a user has been blocked on your ignore list. Currently the addon is being advanced in a way to identify goldseller mails and such as well properly.

MysticAura✭✭✭Reporting does work, but expecting it to work instantly is asking a little much. Ignore and then report the spammers. Get spamfilter..I don't even see gold spam anymore.0

Having a system that detect the same message over and over for 24 hours would be possible.
Having a dedicated support person jumping through live chat in zones would be possible.

One person per zone chat per area? That could easily add up to 60+ employees just for that, just saying. Personally I have no worries about the mechanisms in the background being upgraded so that we will see less goldsellers soon and for the meantime I'll just use SpamFilter
