So this morning I was hit with the bank wipe for the FIFTH time, receiving my fifth set of Explorer Pack items. I didn't lose anything since I have not upgraded my bank space again since the 2nd time this happened.
This is what preceded my wipe:
I created a new bank mule to store the items I can't trust in the bank (unable to skip wailing prison due to my last "wipe").
I logged back and forth into my main character to deposit items into the bank and put on the alts. My bank is now at 58/60.
I logged into one of my bank alts, not sure which one it was, and my bank now at 2/60, 56 items missing.
I log out and back in under another character and all the items are back in my bank (you only seem to lose items when your bank is over 60 items and it resets from a higher bank space value)

Possible theory...
I've noticed a lot of posts about people missing their Explorer Pack items and opening tickets.
Is it possible that support is handling those tickets and "fixing" their issue by adding explorer pack items to those folks, but for some reason, the explorer pack items are either being assigned to the wrong account by mistake/database issue?
Maybe this is similar to the issue of people being logged into other peoples accounts
Also the act of adding Explorer Pack items to an account causes the account to "reset" back to initial state with 60 bank slot items etc...
