My fully upgraded bank was reset and I'm not sure what happened to the excess 50 items!

So I had paid out all my cash to upgrade my backpack and bank to maximum. Then I filled my bank with stacks of 100 of crafting materials. When I logged in an alt the day before yesterday, suddenly my bank was empty and had only 60 slots (not 110).
I immediately logged onto my main, and found my bank was now stocked again (to 60 items) but my upgrade slots were removed and my items... where are they???
The banker now prompts me for bank upgrade slots (starting at 1000 again).

Can someone please fix my bank and find my missing items!!!

Another weird thing, is that when I create a new character, it won't let me bypass Coldharbor tutorial anymore. And also I was re-mailed all the explorer pack content and the vanity pets...

HELP!!! My bags are full, and I don't want to have to rebuy my bank upgrades for this to only happen again!!!

Many threads round here show this is a wide-spread critical bug, it's on Zenimax's list of "we know", no ETA for a fix.

open a ticket for customer support so that ZOS knows this happend to you so that they can give you back the items if needed

There is a bug around that is causing some accounts to be re-flagged as new, causing both the bank/bag and cold harbour issues. ZOS are aware, but as stated above a ticket will at least get your account of the "register" of ones that need to be looked into.

So until it's fixed, I won't re-purchase the bank slots again as that will just potentially be deleted again as well... =( I desperately need the space.
