My wife is having this issue, and I have from time to time. Our connections are fine as we've speedtested and maintain at least 25+ down and 10+up. What occurs though is that while randomly playing, it's almost as though the connection drops. This primarily happens to my wife. She can move, but no actions can be taken. I can see her every move, but she cant see mine. As well, during this odd lag, she can sometimes see my movement, but most of the time it's like time has frozen.

This is the only game this has occurred on. We have pinged connections, reset routers, switched cables, switched ports, static IP'd...the works. Anyone else been experiencing this odd lag issue? Im trying to figure out if it's some form of client issue so I can stop trying to solve it and nothing working.

I am having similar problems. During beta I had none of that, but now every action I take during PvP or PvE is delayed a few seconds. Sometimes I even have to spam E like crazy so that my Toon uses the door finally.

Same with casting a spell. I hit the number for my spell and have to wait a few seconds before the casting animation starts O_o and I have a pretty fast internet connection.

I have this problem i Cyrodill every now and then when i group up with others.
Once my group initiates into a big fight, everything around me gets frozen up. I can still walk around, but i can't do anything else and everything around me is frozen up. Then i disconnect after about 30 seconds.
The weird thing is that i don't get frozen if i get near the same fight without being in a group.
    Currently playing:
    Swims-In-Sap - CP200+ - Argonian Templar

I like my healing like i like my characters: generic

Based on the info me and a few guildies have managed to come up with, what happens sometimes (Or everytime for some clients) while grouped, the download connection for that computer gets flooded with over 100mb of data all at once (Atleast that is what it looks like in the resource monitor), as well over 1000 MB of data being transferred on the hard drive for some reason.

What we can gather, is that since this amount of data exceeds your connection capabilities you get disconnected temporarily. (This is possibly what causes the stuttering for some players.) And it depends on the client and/or other factors on whether you can reestablish connection, or not. You may still be able to send data, but unable to receive it.(My personal speculation.)

Hard to say though, seems like there is a bug in the code for player stat info transfer between clients.

As the stuttering and disconnects gets worse the more players are in a party and are added and removed from party, it certainly possible.

May be sending Zeni on a wild goose chase with this one though. I may also be explaining it wrong, as this is not exactly my field of expertise.
