Can't email support about gold sellers now?

Just went to report a gold seller in zone chat.

Did not get the option to send email. It wanted me to wait for an agent. Sorry, no, I'd like to be able to play the game, not stare at your help window while waiting for an agent just to be disconnected from inactivity.

I *always* email the petitions. And I JUST did it earlier today with a gold seller ad email I got in game.

So what gives? What'd you break this time?

    I agree with enabling email again! But also, ESO, make something with your chat window! When players want to talk to agent with some urgent problem, they´ll probably dont want to stop playing and staring to the chat window if some agent will connect. Mainly, when time until agent connects may take more then few minutes. Window cant be closed because once you´ll start playing again, chat request will be disabled...So please repair the chat window to dont get reseted after player will leave the chat window interface to continue playing OR get few thousands of chat agents to solve problems faster.

    You see unjustice - and want it to be fixed somehow.
    You see ppl earning money in the game you enjoy - you want it to be fixed.
    You comfort was "broken" one way or the other - you want to vine about it.

    But. How about THOUSANDS of ppl who are unable to get ingame for a WEEK now? Trying to break throug the wall of tickets you send because "you are not comfortable to play"!

    And you are raged about it enough to post it here? lol

    And to be honeest, the fact they are thrying to stop the flood of "secondary" tickets is really insightfull. Thank you for this OP.

    They might be just trying to fix the issue of accidental bans, or it could be a random bug. I have no idea, just speculating. I think they are doing their utmost to fix things, they're just not telling us the details.
    If at first you don't succeed, keep trying. And again. Eat a cookie, read a wiki, I dunno, just try to relax, the frustration will only give you a headache.

    Id rather send a damn email because talking to an agent is reserved for people with problems they need an immediate response with.

    Youre supporting RMT with your asinine argument, and if there was an option to just right click report spam like other games, Id do that instead.

    Your problem honestly requires phone support. Ticket system shouldnt be used for account or billing issues.

    People like you acting like theres nothing else to report in this game outside billing and account issues look like whinets and Im trying to not suck live agent time reporting RMT and bots.

    In short, get out of my thread if all youre going to do is complain about CS doing something that doesnt involve you getting in game immediately. The world does not revolve around you.

    Your issue is important, yes, but that should not stop other people requesting their issue gets resolved as well.

    When did the OP or any other person reporting an issue on these forums ever say that their issue was more important than yours? Not many if any.
    These people are just reporting issues and hoping that their issues will be resolved in a timely manner, just as you wish wish yours was being resolved in a timely manner.

    What are people supposed to do? Not report issues, because someone else might have an issue that is more important? That is just silly.

    I will however agree with those sending multiple tickets about the same issue, over and over again, should not do that, as it bogs down customer support.

    Which truthfully is prob why there is a lot of responses that seems automated. Customer support giving a quick skim, and then responding with what they feel is most appropriate even if it isn't. Not laziness, just called being swamped, and trying to keep from being yelled at for letting the emails pile up. I've noticed, especially early in the morning, when not a lot of people are on (At least for US) when i submit a ticket I get a personal response right away. Where as if I submit a ticket during prime times I might not get a response till the next day.

    Gold Sellers/Bots in game is an issue that needs to be dealt with. And almost everyone including those who can't get into the game yet and still want to play should be hoping they get dealt with as well. But that won't happen and they will become an even bigger problem if people are unable to report them.

    If you look from this point, well yeah, I must admit I was wrong here.
    Shouldn't have posted at all.

    But, as they say, "in for a penny - in for a pound". =)

    First, I wasn't goint to troll someone or smth like that, but the OP actully deserved the comment he has.

    Second, I do believe that some issues are more important then others.
    But it is deffenetely not the best idea to belittle the problems of other ppl. Apology from me if it was the case.

    Though, even if I consider my issue, (that keeps me totally away from the game I paid for), like a "priority one", I never lost the common sence.
    There are ppl who have their money withdrawed from their bank accounts and still unable to enter the game. And I realise that their issues are much more important than mine, as all my money are save.

    And finally, OP gave me some hope that CS is trying to sort that kind of things out.

    And as to the gold sellers.. Well I do realize that in a long run, strong and healty economy is important for any MMO. And if ESO will succed in it, maybe even the most all-sufficient players will enjoy the business with the masses.

    Gues it is just personal oppinion that it is not the priority issue in the first weak of launch of brand new game.

    I've been reporting gold sellers through email ticket just fine.

    When you receive an in-game mail with gold selling ad, you can just hit F1 and you go directly to ticket-email for example.

    I remember reporting someone from the chat as well with no problem (that was around a week ago).

    Personally I fail to see it , but you already stated you shouldn't have posted in the first place, so I I won't argue the point. Partially because I don't care lol.

    I do agree your issue is very high on the priority list (Or should be), certainly higher than anything I've experienced, as I can actually log into the game and can play. It is my hope that your see your issue resolved with utmost urgency.

    As for whether reporting gold spammers is important at this time. It depends entirely on how their teams are set up. Generally speaking, I believe, the people dealing with gold spamming, gold selling, botting and other such offenses are not the same people who deal with general customer service, or developing content/bug fixes. So there is no reason they shouldn't receive reports so they can do their job.

    As of right now, I can't even get the help menu to show up. Tried to report gold seller emails this morning.

    Last night, had my roommate try to report one. He also was unable to email support, and it directly sent him to waiting for an agent.

    That's not something you wait for an agent on.
    We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    Their mail box is probably just full I think it was about 5TB worth of emails
