Have to accept End User License Agreement everytime I open game.

This is getting very annoying, anytime I quit and open the game back up I must accept this again. Even I close the game and open it back up 5 seconds later.

nvm fixed it, I run launcher as admin and took ownership of the zenimax online drirectory
