vet rank 2 items, cant be equipped if bought from glenumbra blacksmith?

Allright, i bought 3 items from the blenumbra blacksmith in the first city, the level requirement is for vet 2, i am currently vet 2, but whenever i try to equip these items, they keep saying i dont meet the level requirement, i tried to upgrade 2 of the items to blue, still didnt do anything, any ideas how to fix this ?

I have the same problem, had it on every rank now. I bought a container with an armor or weapon in it and i says I do not have the right rank to equip it, being on the same rank as required.

Vet 1 is the same container bought items show red and give the message you cant wear because you aren't the right rank

same problem, they said they contacted CS for me, so far, nothing happen yet.
