Good evening,
A little while ago I came out an error saying that someone was coming in with my account ...
Threw me out of the game and doo 2 minutes when I came back to the game I had most of my money ... it was about 46k ...

How do I manage to get my money back?

Thank you, I look forward
Best Regards

open up a ticket immediately from:

there is even a button for "hacked account" you can click which will hopefully jump the queue

When you logged back in, was there no "trusted computer" message? I mean, isn't that how we're supposed to be protected?

You need to file a report with Zenimax either in game or through their website.

They would then trace the IP addresses that have accessed your account and view the actions each has taken. Hopefully leading to a resolution.

I do have to ask how anyone could have gained access to your account with the email verification process in place every time you log in from a different IP address though?

presumably that happened. or it possible he is wrong, or any number of any things. Before assuming that the security system isnt working (inferred from your question) I'd let csr handle it.

No, I did relog in and stop ... I just gave the error when I "crashed" by saying that someone else had come with my account

My IP usually changes every day... the reason is a secret ;)

They tried to force me to type in this crap 3 times... once I did not get any E-mail and after 30 minutes of beeing annoyed I could log in without typing anything in. It just worked.

This is clearly not a security thing... Some people here in the forums claim its enough to change your MAC adres to get behind this "security" crap.

Why do I have 3 email attempted access to my account ... and when he threw me out of the game told me "someone else came in with your account"

If someone also got the code from your e-mail it means he also has your e-mail account.

Beyond that, I don't see how the hacker bypassed the security measure.

Well, is not the first time it happens that a hacker accessed the email to get in the game ... happened to me once also on World of Warcraft ... even though I had the key to the code

Those emails are of you logging into the game. The game needs to validate YOUR computer

This is why you should use unique passwords for every service you use, ESPECIALLY games. Assume that passwords are not securely stored. This way if someone swipes your password from service A they don't get into service B-Z.

Guys, do not use passwords all the same ... I'm not so stupid ... :)
