summoned creature keep disappearing

as the title says. I play as a sorcerer and I always travel along with my summoned clannfear, but the last few days it just keeps disappearing in thin air, and no it's not dead. even there are absolutely no enemies around, if I turn my back on it, it disappears and I have to summon it again.

it used to follow me around anywhere and everywhere, even when I was swimming it re-appeared once I was back on a dry land. but now it just disappears every 20-30 seconds or so and it's damn annoying.

anyone else experiencing this?

It has to be resummoned every time you enter a new dungeon or something like it. But other than that no not really.

I have noticed however that when the creatures spell levels up, the creature vanishes and need to be resummoned. I suspect this is the way the game deals with forcing a new and improved creature out.

yes I am very well aware the creature doesn't zone with you, having to summon it every 20-30 seconds is a joke though, I reported this to ZOS but their response is like

yeah... I already know how to report a bug as I have done so many times before.

I've had that happen as well. I just figured it's an "unstable clannfear" Key word being unstable. Now that I think about it, there have been a number of times recently that it seemed odd to have to recast it.

it seems waaaaay worse the past few days. today when I first logged onto my main in Glenumbra market, I "summoned" it like always... and what happened? my character did the casting motion but the clannfear did not appear, yet the skill slot (slot number 4 for me) was highlighted. so I had to un-summon (even if there was no clannfear to be seen) and then re-summon it.

this is beyond joke. and even when it's following me around the AI seems worse than before, it does not engage in a battle until 10-20 seconds into the battle.

some of you may say "well stop using it until they patch it up" but well, what can I say, the clannfear grew on me. I have to keep looking back just to make sure if it's still there. silly I know but having to summon every so often is such a PITA.
