Meet recommended requirements - why 15 FPS in PVP?!

Dear zenimax team,
i bought the game since i meet the system requirements, i do even exceed them.
My CPU is a quadcore @ 3,2 Ghz whereas my GPU is a R9 270x Ati Card.

Recommended is a quadcore @ 2.3 Ghz and Ati 6950.

So whay am i having just 15 FPS in PVP battles?
Is this gaming experience what you recommend?

PS i know that PVP is CPU intensive, and there is so many players in the battle and so on, but i dont care since PVP is part of the game and i meet the game requirements. explain this.

What CPU do you have? It is wise to provide as much data as possible regarding your sytem to help ZOS look into it.

Any add-ons?

What's your processor load in Cyrodiil versus your faction's main city?

cpu ist at @ 60% in rifton

And near a keep in Cyrodiil during an assault? Also keep an eye on your other processes. If you can, list your running processes just so we can see if there's anything hogging.

One thing I notice is that CPU was released back in 2007!!

Would've been nicer to know how far back quad-cpus that Zenimax recommends to use...

It's likely you've been using this system for several years and the performance of it degrades overtime... I assume you keep your system clean (both physically and virtually)

Of course I may get a response it's a quad core who gives too *** about how old it is... well you be surprise how a weaker newer cpu can be more powerful than a back-in-day powerful very old cpu

quad virtual vs quad physical. also you may have network or hardware bottlenecking somewhere.

Might even be your router. There are sooo many things that could cause bad FPS.

Network problems are not going to lower FPS...

same here with an I5 3570 and a gtx 770 with 8GB RAM and win 8.1 64bit

15 -2 0 fps in every fight
