Gold Spammer in game mail request

Please add and Ignore on the bottom row to mail we receive in game. This will allow us to stop the gold spammer continuous emails they send. Also let us know if Mail reports are a waste of time. I make several reports a day and ever response you send is you:
To protect individual privacy, we do not disclose the outcome our investigation.

I do not want to know the outcome, I want you to tell me if an action was taken. Or did I waste my time because you will do nothing and throw it in trash can.

Sadly it won't stop then much at all, they use throw away accounts that'll have long been dropped before you get to open the mail to block it.

They'll never tell you if they did anything, no MMO does, they always hide behind 'player confidentiality'.

Just report them, it takes half a minute and it must help Zenimax finding patterns or IP adresses, something.

yes but as far as we know they could be just trashing them and wasting or time.

Agreed so much.
I have been adding this request at the bottom of every report player mail I send them when reporting the mails. If others do that as well they might realise we want it rather badly as a feature.

Keep in mind the location they're from. If you're in a country where US3k/yr is average salary, it doesn't take long to become very rich if you get enough people to buy.

Also keep in mind some are scam sites - why do you think they want a CC #?

this problem is getting worse. The gold spammers are forming guilds(My guess is to increase their bank space). They are sending emails with different headings but the body stays the same. This is getting very frustrating and is marring the game experience.
