ZOS Stance on GOLD SELLERS

Okay so i have tried to read through the forums to see if i can find your official stance on gold sellers and i am unable to find anything ....
i am reporting and ignoring every gold seller i see in zone chat .... with no-one seeming to be listening / reading the forms. Guild mates are complaining about gold sellers filling chat when i am stood next to them but i dont see the gold seller , meaning i have already ignored that gold seller , and reported them , but ZOS says its fine and leaves them to it ..... ???
now i am getting harrassed by mail in game also trying to pretend that the mail offers 'important update information' and it not only offers gold for sale , it also offers to level for you from level 1 - 20 ...
i am really bored of spending my time reporting these *** to try and keep some integrity within the game economy , but with my reports seeming to go un-read , and the fact we are not allowed to name and shame in the forums , and we cant post images on the forum so we cant show you the screenshots we take on our own pc .... actually now i say it like that , why did you even bother to put the forums here ? you dont listen , and we cant show you , so is this forum just somewhere for you to hide the complaints so the general masses cant see them ? very much in the style of swtor ..
i will continue to list their @ handles on your social media sites so that you are able top see them in case these forums dont work for you , at least social media will work , maybe with enough public bad press etc , you may re think your forum rules , and how important paying customers are to you ...
i will not be remaining a paying customer if it is still happening like this after my first paid month is done ....

I AM NOT NAMING ANYONE , IF PEOPLE CHOOSE TO USE THEIR BRAIN AND PICK OUT THE OFFENDING PLAYERS USERNAME , THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A JOB , COS THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN THIS SUBJECT THAN ZOS SEEMS TO BE
