Pre-Order Bonus

I bought the game on April 3, I was under the impression if you ordered before April 4th you got the explorers pack and be able to make any race on any faction.

I emailed support and mentioned this, They said sorry and mailed me the CE maps. I was still unable to make on any faction with any race. So I Emailed them again, they sent me an email back saying I never Pre-Ordered. But I have an email sitting here from April 3rd confirming the purchase.

Maybe I was misinformed about what was considered a Pre-Order. Maybe someone out here can tell me whats going on here.

Since you ordered the game before 4/4, it should be considered a pre-order. You even have proof of your purchase.
Maybe you should attach the proof of purchase onto your ticket?

Well, after further discussion. They told me I purchased it on the third. But it was the Fourth over in another country. So even though I clicked and Order Pre-Order now on their website. If it was not considered Pre-Order why did it say click Pre-Order now on the website.

Anyways, I am disputing this further. I find it disturbing one GM gives me the Maps and Pet and another claims it isn't a Pre-Order. All I know is sorry for the confusion doesn't cut it.

If it said pre order on the site you clicked on, I think they should honour it. I'd keep trying as much as you can, though maybe they don't mind being shabby about timezones versus how quickly a retail site updates it's text and graphics. In your timezone, it was early enough, so that should really be all they need. But they are proving to be quite shabby, so good luck!
