Cant interact or even draw weapons.

The non interaction of not being able to loot chest/barrels. Cant talk to NPC's and cant even draw weapons.
Has been hitting me since beta. Not a day has gone by where I have to stop playing cos of this bug.
I can get a couple hours where everything is fine then this hits for many hours.
Have not seen if anything is being done by this or not.
Have done so many tests on my end and have come up with nothing.
Everything else plays fine (GW2, SWTOR, LOTRO even War Thunder is strong connections)
Submitted tickets to customer support and have not heard back AT ALL about it.
This pretty much means I cannot play.

    Me too spuda - I have EXACTLY the same thing - customer support escalated my ticket a few days ago and I have heard exactly nothing since. For now I just have to make the most of the time that I can actually get in and play - which is hard as I have other stuff to do during that time.

    i have this problem when im not in the same room as my Modem.........i did a troubleshoot on my wi-fi WHILE i was having the issue and it told me to reset it..so i did..and i still have this issue when im in another room..........FYI i also get the "Unknown Error" Message when it logs me out of my account lol

    Try doing this. /reloadui and I can almost guarantee it will work. Happens to me too.

    I get this sporadically for short periods. No particular pattern I can see.
    It looks like a lag problem.
    'Clever' sigs get old real fast - just like this one.

    Great, I cant even log in now, just an error after the character screen - I give up :(

    Same here, quest fine for a couple hours, kill a mob, can't loot, next fight, can't attack. /reloadui doesn't work, log out and back in doesn't work either. Shut down game, come back half an hour later, works fine for another couple hours, then rinse and repeat.

    I am usually ok in my mornings for a few hours, but after that I either cant interact, or I crash and then am unable to log in until the next day - My playtime is no more than a scant few hours per day

    Try hitting the esc key twice. That usually works when reloadui doesn't. Logging out and back in should work, but when it happens in combat you might be dead by then.

    I get this at least once a day.

    For me, I just have to completely leave the game and relog. Problem solved.

    Doesnt help when you leave the game and cant even log back in again, it just says error and try again later - I have been trying to log in since server up and nada, just the error :(

    i had originally started playing on a family members pc, thought it was an awesome game was so excited to play on mine as its more powerful. Havent been able to fix the problem yet, there has to be a way to fix it!

    It is an awesome game, but it makes me sad that I cant give it the time that I want to play it - unless it is fixed so I can play more I think I will have to play something else for the time being. Its not worth it for now :(

    Can someone else please run the game consultant report, I have attached mine on here but would like to look at another see if i can find anything. To find it open the launcher on the top right hand near exit button you should see a cog. Click that it will open up settings - launcher, click the game consultant

    Hi All, just wanted to give you an update. After a quick chat with chizarira39rwb17_ESO, we have found that we have the same ISP. I have tried using cellular internet off my mobile phone and didnt have any issues, i would suggest you all to try this and see how you go. It may be an issue with your ISP causing issues.

    I have this problem too, I haven't been able to really play for over a week because of it. Usually I can't interact with anything only a few minutes after starting the game. I'm lucky if I can get anything over an hour without issues...
