My Character's appearance has changed!!

While logging in this evening, i was prompted to enter a emailed access code due to an attempt to log in from a different IP (which i never did), I logged in using the code sent from ESO in the email. After logging into my female wood elf character, i noticed that the appearance was different! My character in the game is now a male elf with a full beard and all! WTH is going on? :neutral_face:

    ok, it seems to have fixed it's self? weird..lol

    Maybe it was just a phase? (sorry, sorry, that was terrible...)
    04/10/14 - Bought digital Imp Edition directly on 3/5/14. Hadn't been able to play since launch.
    Finally got a callback email after 62+ hrs. Asked for a refund. Got a 1-day code instead. -_- Heh.
    Pending decision: one more chance or go stuff yourselves.

    There is a quest in Auridon that changes your characters appeareance into a male elf.
