Need help with Fighters guild quest line

I'm level 22 in Grahtwood in the Dominion. I Have had this voice every time I kill something since level 15 and its getting really annoying. I have explored everywhere in Grahtwood and cant find the spot to start the next quest for fighters guild. Can someone please tell me where to go to start the quest.

What quests are visible in your journal? There's one where a cursed item whispers to you until you finish the quest.

hmm voice, I thought that was Molag Bal since I didn't hear it till I was a vampire in level 20.

I completed a bunch of quests today and now the voice has left so it must not have been the fighters guild. The only quest in my journal is The staff of Magnus. I still need help starting the level 20ish fighters guild quest. I'm not even sure if there is one for 20 so if anyone could let me know please. There was a quest for level 8 an 15 that I completed. I was guessing there would be one for each zone. I know the mages guild you have to be lvl 2 in guild tree to start the level 15 quest.

Would the last quest have been 'Dangerous Past'?

The next in the sequence is 'The Prismatic Core' - level 25.

And, yes, there is a FG quest for each 10-level bracket.

Ok thanks for the help I will have to get two more levels to see if I pick up The Prismatic Core at level 25.

Dangerous Past is bugged for me , at the end Sees-all-colors wouldn't leave andi couldn't travel through the portal. I dropped it and restarted it . Now she doesn't even go threw the first portal ...ugh enjoyment killer

just had this very problem. Got lvl 25 and got the main story quest which took me back to auridon to speak to tharn. Spoke to him went to the woodcrafting table (needed to research some stuff) and a messenager happened to show up asking me to meet the fighters guild master to start the next part of the fighters guild quest.
