Crashing on load screens

Hello,
I am running a new GS70 Stealth Laptop (http://products.ncix.com/detail/msi-gs70-2pe-010us-stealth-pro-54-95790.htm), and almost every time I zone (~75%) there is minor video distortion on the loading screen image and the game crashes or I have to force close it. Sometimes the game will just get stuck on the loading screen and I can hear my character moving/casting spells but can't see anything.
I have updated to the latest video card drivers and tried the beta drivers, but the problem persists. When I am in the game it is running perfectly on ultra settings with very few problems.
I am not sure what to do, but it is making the game almost unplayable
