Not authorized... WTF !?

Been playing on the NA server and suddenly today i got this message
saying i wasn't eligible to play from my computer.. and no mail with a code
was sent to my email, i waited 15 minutes. I bought my ESO through the
Zinemax store so my account updates automatically, but i have checked to
be sure and my account IS updated to subscriber.
So WTF is this about !?. I just logged in to play a few minutes ago, did a quick log in&out
and got this message.
/Edit: Just got the mail sent to me and put the code in. But this is still weird
that i couldn't log into my account... when i had just played.
